Everything new in MONOPOLY GO!'s Monster Mash season

Tycoons, light those pumpkin lanterns! Something delightfully spooky is stirring on the MONOPOLY GO! Board.

Starting on September 23rd, Monster Mash begins: a full-Season celebration packed with tricks, treats, collectible surprises, new ways to play together, and two supernatural epic collaborations joining the party: KPop Demon Hunters and Ghostbusters.

It’s also one of our biggest community-powered Seasons yet. Player board choices, Token designs and stickers featuring you, our Tycoons, are all making their way into the game.

Add in some fresh Seasonal features, returning favorites and other surprises, means there’s a lot hiding behind the door.

Made by Tycoons, brought to the Board

Alongside those supernatural guests, Monster Mash has something especially close to home: creations from the MONOPOLY GO! community coming to life in-game.

The community's choices and ideas from previous community activities are becoming real in-game moments, giving Tycoons everywhere the chance to see what happens when your votes, designs, and submissions become part of MONOPOLY GO!

During MONOPOLY Ever After, Tycoons came together to shape the Wishing Board, choosing the creative direction that would guide its final design. Now, your choices are preparing to appear in-game during Monster Mash as a new, permanent board. What started with community votes is becoming something new you can finally discover and enjoy in-game.

The Workshop reveals its creations
The Community Workshop Contest invited Tycoons to dream up original Tokens worthy of haunting the Board. You sketched. You designed. You voted. And now, the workshop is bringing its winning creations to life.

The winning community designs are being transformed into official in-game Tokens that you’ll be able to earn during the Season.

These will be available in Community Deluxe Drops - stay tuned for them.

Community spooky styles, immortalized
Costumes became contest entries, and entries became community favorites. And now, the winning looks from the Community Gallery Set contest are becoming collectible Stickers in Monster Mash.

This season, players will be able to enjoy a very special Community Gallery Set, featuring frightfully fantastic costumes created and worn by real Tycoons.

Each Sticker celebrates the creativity, personality, and wonderfully spooky style of our MONOPOLY GO! community. Collect the full Set and see real Tycoons take their place in the Album.

Fresh Frights: What’s New This Season
Community creations aren’t the only things emerging from the shadows.

Monster Mash also brings new ways to play throughout the Season, including a brand-new team minigame, a Season-long Candy hunt, and a new addition to our Railroads.

We’ll be diving more into these features in an upcoming, dedicated blog, but here’s your first peek behind the door.

Fill your LUCK-O-LANTERN!
Every spooky celebration deserves a candy haul worth sinking your fangs into.

Throughout the Season, every Sticker Pack opened gives you a chance to find a Candy. You can also find Candy in Minigames, Leagues, and on the Color Wheel.

Players will be able to collect Candy across these activities and add it to their Luck-O-Lantern. Keep collecting, fill the Pumpkin, and claim sweet rewards for you and a friend at completion.

TRICK OR TREAT is knocking
Pick a door, roll the dice, and see what’s waiting on the other side.

In Trick Or Treat, you’ll visit houses across the Board to collect rewards and face off against Friends in Dice Duels for the chance to claim each treat.

But beware: A hidden Ghost could be waiting to spoil the fun! Choose wisely.

Hold the Lead comes to Racers
Tycoon Racers is shifting into the next gear! Crossing the finish line isn’t the only way to earn rewards anymore. Alongside the Championship Leaderboard, Hold the Lead rewards teams that can take the lead and hold it.

Push ahead, protect your position, and race toward even more rewards when the competition ends.

Choose Your Route in Franken Paths
New paths are opening, and teamwork matters more than ever.

Franken Paths is our exciting new minigame, introducing a fresh team loop built around Keep vs Send decisions.

Build your own path, help your teammates build theirs, and work together to reach the grand prize. With each spin, choose whether to keep your progress or send it to a teammate. Choose the rewards you really want, then help your team complete their paths to unlock even more rewards.

Old Favorites Rise Again
And while brand-new thrills creep onto the Board, a few familiar favorites are rising up for another round of fun during this Season:

Bonus Sets Return
More Stickers. More rewards. More reasons to keep collecting. Three Bonus Sets will appear throughout the Season, giving players extra Sticker-collecting challenges outside of the main Album. Complete each Bonus Set to earn additional rewards.

Remember: Bonus Sets are optional and do not affect Album completion.

Scottie Patrol
Your favorite detective squad is back on the case on our community channels! Scottie Patrol returns to Discord with a mystery worthy of Monster Mash.

Join the investigation, help Mr. M get into the Mystery Mansion, study the clues, share your theories, and cast your vote as the community works together to uncover what’s really going on.

Rolling Tales: Mr. M’s Mystery Mansion

Rolling Tales returns with a new story set inside Mr. M’s Mystery Mansion. Follow the twists across our community channels, help shape the journey, and uncover rewards hidden along the way.
