**Tell us about yourself and your day-to-day responsibilities at Scopely.**
I'm based out of our Culver City hub. I've been at Scopely for about six years and have worked on many games in various roles. I have worked on "The Walking Dead: Road to Survival™," our "YAHTZEE® With Buddies" franchise, and "Scrabble® GO" in roles ranging from Customer Support to Performance, Growth, and now across product disciplines. I'm now the Director of Product on the "Stumble Guys," New Platforms team, working across all our non-mobile platforms, including Xbox, Playstation, and beyond, to ensure we're creating experiences our players love and exploring new and innovative business opportunities for our franchise.

**What skills and qualifications are essential for success in this career? **
The skills vary depending on the Product discipline, but keeping an open mind about new experiences, being quick to innovate, collaborating, and understanding varying disciplines. Most importantly, being able to put yourself in the player's shoes is crucial in delivering experiences that are entertaining and engaging.

**Which Scopely culture tenet resonates most with you?**
**EMBRACE THE ADVENTURE.** My journey here has been one of the best adventures of my life. Working across so many teams and roles, I've been able to not only learn through the adventure but truly enjoy myself and build great relationships with all those I've gotten to be on this ride with. 

**What advice would you give to someone starting their career in your role? **
Be curious and be hungry. When I was in college, I remember a speaker coming in and telling us that someone took a chance on them and that is how they landed in their dream career. Be someone that people want to take a chance on. Work hard and be kind, and someone will see that passion and drive, and ultimately, the skills you need will follow.

**What do you find most fulfilling about your career at Scopely?**
Product management can be very entrepreneurial, and it feels as though you're running a business, except this business provides interactive entertainment to millions of people. It is one of the greatest feelings to take a step back and see players enjoying the games and also being reminded of all the great skills I've learned along the way.

**What resources would you recommend for someone starting out?**
Talk to your colleagues at work! I have many incredible mentors at Scopely who have helped me evolve in my career at Scopely. I have been honored to be surrounded by some of the best people in the industry, and learning from them day in and day out is what makes me continue to get better and better every day.
