With letters of recommendation from each individual’s leader(s)–in Roxane’s case, Javier Ferreira and Walter Driver, the co-CEOs of Scopely, and in-depth interviews with members of each individual’s team, current and former peers and colleagues, and the candidate themself, the process ensures the best-of-the-best are awarded.
The NHRA LA selected Roxane for her ongoing dedication to helping individuals, teams and companies define success criteria and achieve their goals–which she has been doing for more than two decades. Prior to serving as Chief People Officer at Scopely, she served as Senior Vice President and Head of People at TechStyle Fashion Group. She also already had in-depth games industry experience before her time at Scopely, serving 8+ years at Electronic Arts (EA) as a global Vice President of HR, running talent strategy and leading M&A integrations. Roxane additionally founded a leadership coaching and consulting firm, The Realis Project, and has held executive development positions at both Levi Strauss and BeamPines, Inc. Roxane is a mentor to young women launching their careers through
Worked Up, an associate of
Rewire Leadership Institute®, and has completed training at the
Pacific Gestalt Institute,
Gestalt Institute of Cleveland and
New Ventures West. She holds a Masters degree in Executive Development from New York University, another in Spiritual Psychology from University of Santa Monica and a Bachelor’s degree in Literature from Skidmore College.
