As part of MONOPOLY GO!'s newest season crossover with The Simpsons, Mr. Monopoly and Mr. Burns are facing off on dual covers of People Magazine in a playful competition to be crowned the Hottest Billionaire Alive.
The special covers will reach subscribers beginning June 3 with newsstand editions arriving June 5. Half of subscribers will receive the Mr. Monopoly cover, while the other half will receive the Mr. Burns edition.
This partnership extends the rivalry featured in an all-new animated short for the crossover into mainstream pop culture. The moment was brought to life through a close collaboration between the MONOPOLY GO! team, The Simpsons team, and the teams at People and Entertainment Weekly, who are also amplifying the covers across their social channels.
